Step into the comfort of this sun-soaked 3BR 2Bath home in a tranquil area in Lake Geneva, WI. This relaxing retreat with a picturesque private pond is immersed in a breathtaking natural ambiance offering a perfect escape from the big city crowds.

Located at the center of Walworth County, Lake Geneva is a resort city on Geneva Lake in southeastern Wisconsin. The lakeside Shore Path is dotted with Gilded Age mansions, many built by wealthy Chicagoans. Local beaches include Big Foot Beach State Park, which has trails and picnic areas.

To avoid confusion with the nearby town of Geneva, Wisconsin, it was renamed Lake Geneva. The abutting lake is named Geneva Lake.

In 1968, the late Hugh Hefner built his first Playboy resort in Lake Geneva. The club closed in 1981 and in 1982 was converted into the Americana Resort, and in 1993 to the present Grand Geneva Resort.

Lake Geneva is located 40 miles southeast of Milwaukee and 65 miles northwest of Chicago.
